Position: Marketing Specialist

Job Type: Full-Time, strictly IN PERSON, on location position

Overview:
Join our team as a Marketing Coordinator, where you will play a pivotal role in driving marketing initiatives. We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented individual to support our marketing efforts and contribute to the growth of our brand in advertising, as well as helping establish and grow new relationships with potential clientele.

Duties:
-Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and exposure.
– Assist in creating engaging content for various marketing channels, including (but not limited to) social media, email campaigns, magazine adv. and website.
– Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics and marketing automation platforms.
– Support the implementation of e-commerce strategies to enhance online presence and drive interest.
– Work closely with our team to ensure alignment on marketing activity and support sales initiatives.
– Contribute to performance marketing efforts by optimizing campaigns/social media presence for maximum ROI.
– Utilize effective communication skills to present marketing materials.

Skills:
– Strong background in advertising and marketing principles.
– Proficiency in Google Analytics for tracking and analyzing campaign performance.
– Familiarity with marketing automation tools for advertising management.
– Ability to analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform marketing strategies.
– Knowledge of Sales processes and appropriate collaboration.
– Understanding of Performance marketing metrics and optimization techniques.
– Strong sense/display of professionalism, and presentation while meeting with potential clients.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

Pay: $16-$19/hr DOE

• Marketing experience: 1 year (Preferred)

• Ability to commute to Santa Clara, UT 84765 (Required) or relocate before starting work
